I've been using bio Green Clean for over a year now. It has cleaned everything I've used it on. From Coffee stains in the mug, to hard water stains on my silverware. I also spray my dishes with it before I put them in the dishwasher. Nothing is to tough from Bio Green Clean. I've talked to people who use it on the their boats so they don't transfer species from lake to lake. It is THE all purpose cleaner. No substitute.

I've not yet used Bio Green Clean long enough to determine whether its effectiveness as a general household cleaner exceeds that of other purportedly "green" products, nor can I evaluate whether its (undisclosed) ingredients are in fact safer than those included in other products. In fact, I'd like nothing more than to believe that it was safer and more effective than other household cleaners.

Still, I caution other consumers to be a bit wary of the testimonials posted on the product Web site and aired on at least one nationally-syndicated radio program. Just as paid celebrity endorsements are reasonably suspect, so too are customer testimonials suspect when submitted with the promise of free product and even an airing of the recorded testimonial on national radio.

Compensated endorsements and testimonials are rightly suspect. Most informed consumers put far more weight upon independent product reviews and unsolicited endorsements.

When I raised this issue with the product manufacturer, I received a reply laden with obscene language that I cannot repeat here. Being charitable, the manufacturer may be intensely passionate about his product and blindly defensive even to well-intentioned criticism. At worst -- well, I know better than to speculate.

I do not discourage consumers willing to experiment from testing for themselves the effectiveness of this product. (I can think of no better outcome than that it works as advertised.) Still, I'd caution against taking at face value any compensated testimonials, and -- unless you are willing to tolerate the resulting invective -- caution against posting any even mildly critical reply to the manufacturer.

Hopefully, independent agencies such as Consumer Reports will include this product in future reviews of household cleaners. I await those reports.

With a house full of 2 dogs, 4 cats, 2 snakes, and 6 gerbils it's a chore to keep up with all the cleaning. I mixed up 4 bottles in different concentrations and used it on everything. I can clean the whole house and it doesn't smell like a hospital. I used it in both the snakes and gerbil cages and it worked wonderfully and without filling their cages with horrible fumes. It doesn't bother my skin while using it, when other cleaners will give me hives. I can't be happier with this stuff. It's even safe enough to use on muddy paws!
